SHIPPING & RETURNS

All shipments will be made by the companies TNT or Correos.

The shipping costs will be the following:

Shipping agency TNT: 10,00 Euros for Spain Peninsula

Shipping by CORREOS package: 8,50 Euros Peninsula and Balearic Islands

Digital Tren, reserves the right to choose the shipping method (Agency / Post Office) according to the characteristics of the package. In no case is this decision increasing the amount paid for the shipment.

The transport of your package

Whatever the selected shipping method, we will send you a link as soon as possible, which allows you to track the shipment of your package on the website of the transport company, if it has one.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. They can contain a fixed and a variable part based on the weight of your request. We recommend that you group your purchases in a single order. We can not group two different orders and you have to pay shipping costs for each one.

The packages are prepared properly to protect the content.

The packages do not have any external information that informs about its contents.

 

RETURNS

Digital Tren, will accept the return of a product as long as it shows a malfunction or is defective. Any other reason will be agreed by Digital Train.

Returns must be sent in their original packaging, with all their accessories (in case of carrying them) and a copy of the purchase ticket, to:

The client will be temporarily responsible for the shipping costs. You must keep the supporting documents and attach a copy of the shipping costs.


Once the defective item is received, it will be examined to verify if it has any deficiency, to automatically proceed with its replacement and to refund the shipping costs.


GUARANTEE:

QUALITY GUARANTEE: If a product is defective, it is exchanged for a new one and if it can not, the customer is offered the repair, or finally the money back.

-STANDARD WARRANTY MANUFACTURER: 2 years Product repair. Products that have been tampered with or misused have not been accepted under this guarantee.

Purchases made in DIGITALTREN.ES are subject to the current regulations and other related legislation.
